We are looking for a Customer Success Representative to drive product adoption across a customer portfolio that includes leading law and accounting firms. The CSR’s ultimate goal will be to maximize customer engagement and retention and identify opportunities for expansion revenue. Reporting to the Director of Customer Success, you will be part of a high-achieving and agile team and become a key contributor to Blue J Legal’s explosive growth.

What You Will Do: 

• Manage your portfolio of accounts and become a trusted advisor to your customers
• Cultivate customer relationships with key decision makers
• Build a strategy for your accounts to drive product adoption and maximize customer retention
• Establish and measure customer goals by conducting business reviews with key decision-makers
and by monitoring customer metrics
• Manage client onboarding process, including on-site and remote product consultation and training
• Support contract renewals and by working closely with the business development team to identify
cross-sell opportunities
• Create educational content that can be delivered across the entire Customer Success organization
• Become a product expert and address costumer inquiries knowledgably and efficiently
• Provide strategic recommendations and best practices to customer base
• Liaise with development, product, business development, and marketing teams to drive customer
insights, identify issues, and resolve queries
• Maintain a regular cadence of communication with customers and serve as the main point of
